Quiero compartir contigo un poco de mi viaje hacia la fotografía, una pasión que nace de un profundo amor por capturar los momentos más mágicos de nuestras vidas. Desde pequeña, sentí una fascinación especial por esa "caja mágica" que guarda recuerdos. Mi padre, un ávido fotógrafo amateur, llevaba consigo una hermosa cámara a donde fuera. Gracias a su curiosidad e inclinación, aprendí rápidamente a manejar esa cámara sofisticada, en tiempos en que los errores eran difíciles y costosos.
I want to share with you a bit of my journey into photography, a passion that comes from a deep love for capturing the most magical moments of our lives. Since I was little, I felt a special fascination for that "magic box" that holds memories. My father, an avid amateur photographer, always carried a beautiful camera with him wherever he went. Thanks to his curiosity and passion, I quickly learned how to handle that sophisticated camera, at a time when mistakes were difficult and costly.
Lamentablemente, perdí a mi padre cuando solo tenía siete años. Esta experiencia me hizo comprender aún más la importancia de atesorar cada instante a través de la fotografía. Con el tiempo, estudié la Licenciatura en Comunicación, donde la fotografía se convirtió en mi única verdadera pasión. Recuerdo aquellos días de fotografía analógica, una terapia que se transformaba en magia a través de cada imagen.
Unfortunately, I lost my father when I was only seven years old. This experience made me understand even more the importance of cherishing every moment through photography. Over time, I studied for a degree in Communication, where photography became my one true passion. I remember those days of analog photography, a therapy that turned into magic through each image.
Decidí profundizar mis estudios en fotografía en la ACTIVA DE FOTOGRAFÍA y, casi al finalizar mi carrera, tuve la fortuna de viajar por Europa con una amiga. Durante ese viaje, el destino me llevó a cubrir mi primera boda en la hermosa Toscana, Italia. A pesar de no haber planeado dedicarme a las bodas, aquella experiencia intercultural me cautivó.
I decided to deepen my studies in photography at ACTIVA DE FOTOGRAFÍA, and almost at the end of my degree, I was fortunate enough to travel around Europe with a friend. During that trip, destiny led me to cover my first wedding in the beautiful Tuscany, Italy. Although I hadn’t planned on specializing in weddings, that intercultural experience captivated me.
Después de eso, pasé varios años cubriendo conciertos y fui la fotógrafa oficial del festival más importante de globos aerostáticos del mundo, FIG. Luego, me mudé a San Miguel de Allende en 2016, atraída por la belleza de la ciudad y su creciente demanda de bodas. Aquí he tenido la suerte de conectar con personas de todo el mundo, acompañándolos en sus historias de amor a través de impresionantes bodas multiculturales. He trabajado para destacados hoteles como Rosewood, Live Aqua y Matilda, que han confiado en mí para capturar los recuerdos de sus clientes.
After that, I spent several years covering concerts and was the official photographer for the world's most important hot air balloon festival, FIG. Then, I moved to San Miguel de Allende in 2016, drawn by the beauty of the city and its growing demand for weddings. Here, I've been lucky enough to connect with people from all over the world, accompanying them in their love stories through stunning multicultural weddings. I've worked for renowned hotels such as Rosewood, Live Aqua, and Matilda, who have trusted me to capture the memories of their clients.
Formar parte de la Asociación de Wedding Planners también ha sido clave en mi carrera, brindando confianza a aquellos que planean sus bodas desde lugares lejanos. Ganar el respeto de este grupo de profesionales me ha permitido seguir creciendo y ofreciendo mi visión única.
Nada me emociona más que ver la fusión del amor manifestado en bellos eventos, congelados para siempre en imágenes que evocarán la felicidad de esos días. Estoy encantada de que estés aquí, conociendo un poco más sobre mí y lo que me inspira: documentar tus momentos felices en imágenes que atesorarás para siempre.
Being part of the Wedding Planners Association has also been key in my career, providing confidence to those planning their weddings from distant places. Gaining the respect of this group of professionals has allowed me to continue growing and offering my unique vision.
Nothing excites me more than witnessing the fusion of love manifested in beautiful events, frozen forever in images that will evoke the happiness of those days. I'm thrilled that you're here, learning a little more about me and what inspires me: documenting your happy moments in images that you'll cherish forever.
