THE COUNTRY THAT EVERYONE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO VISIT

It all started with a dream, I woke up remembering that strange dream where I was in the beautiful garden of a house with an impressive view that was Machu Picchu and that power I turned into reality after 15 days I was opening my eye in beautiful Peru.

It is definitely a country that has a cultural, architectural and gastronomic treasure that is enough to make anyone fall in love.

Its beautiful landscapes are still very virgin, fortunately not exploited, it is our Switzerland in Latin America, well at least that's how I see it.

Its gastronomy is fantastic, depending on the area of the country you visit, it is magnificent, you could spend a lot of time eating everywhere, in addition to the Capital in Lima it has beautiful restaurants and that is why it explains why they have been winners as the best in the world.

What I would like to emphasize is that perhaps it is a country that you have to go to when you are young, since visiting the natural areas is difficult to walk, climb and arrive for people who are older or who are not used to doing sports, in the same way with problems of circulation and the heart, since height plays a very important role and many people have problems that end up going to the hospital, as was the case in my case, I have circulation problems and the height affected me on the Mountain of 7 Colors, generating a lot of swelling and fluid retention, I felt terrible with a headache and a discomfort so strange that I had never felt in my life, fortunately it was on the last day so I immediately arrived for hyperbaric chamber treatment, rest, cleansing liquids and food. .

The truth is, I was not aware of how bad a time you could have if you do not know these details, so I think it is important to mention them in case you are thinking of visiting Peru, especially the high areas.

But even with this bad experience I would definitely go again.
